Is the AirTag included?
No. The collar is designed to hold a compatible AirTag, but the AirTag itself is not included.
What recovery information can I add?
You may enter your dog’s name, phone number, or other approved contact information supported by the selected product.
Why does CEMULA combine an ID plate and AirTag holder?
The ID plate helps someone who finds your dog contact you directly. The AirTag holder supports location tracking. Together, they form CEMULA’s two-layer recovery system.
Is this a hanging dog tag?
No. The recovery ID plate is integrated directly into the collar structure.
How will I pay?

What happens if CEMULA makes an engraving or production mistake?
We will remake the item at no additional product cost.
What if I choose the wrong size?

How should I clean the nylon collar?
Use mild soap and cool water, rinse gently, and allow the collar to air-dry completely.
Does the reflective stitching work without batteries?
Yes. The stitching reflects external light and does not use batteries. It is not self-illuminating.
